HCDM (Human Cell Differentiation Molecules) initiative is responsible for the nomenclature of CD molecules and maintains a repository of reagents tested within HLDA (Human Leucocyte Differentiation Antigens) Workshops. It is responsible for naming and characterizing CD molecules also on behalf of the CD Nomenclature Sub‐Committee of IUIS and also for leukocytes’ subsets nomenclature on behalf of the Quality Assessment and Standardization Committee (QAS): Subcommittee on Leukocytes of IUIS (International Union of Immunological Societies).

HCDM, z.s. is a support non-profit organization, a legal entity tax registered in Prague, Czech Republic that acts administratively on behalf of the HCDM.
