Section Aims

  1. To extensively characterize against a wide panel of B-cells malignancies the expression patterns of molecules with an already designated CD number, but whose expression has not yet been investigated in detail.

  2. To carry out preliminary tests in selected subsets of B-cell malignancies, examining the reactivity of antibodies allegedly recognizing "novel" molecules; i.e. molecules that lack an assigned CD number.

  3. To propose selected antibodies not only as novel diagnostic and/or prognostic tools, but also as putative therapeutic targets in selected B-cell malignancies.

  • TLR family (Toll-like receptors)

  • MS4A family (Multigene four-transmembrane family related to CD20)

 

To participate

We will provide a panel of mAbs (80 to 100 mAbs) that recognize those molecules listed in the "Gene families that will be investigated" section.
